Discovering the flavor of perfectly brewed Green...
Quick note: I used to think that green tea smelled fishy and tasted a bit dank on the finish. However, since I received a Breville Tea Maker for Christmas (thanks Mom!), I’ve been noticing that, when properly brewed by a machine smater than I am, it tastes wonderful. Not too heavy, but enough flavor to enjoy. Add an orage peel to steep with it, and its something you can drink all day...
