Test drove the Subaru Impreza yesterday. Very solid car, not too many frills; feels like diving a small truck around. So it’s a maybe. Sat in a 2012 Ford Focus and that was all I needed to know. It’s a very nice car, tons of electronic controls, felt like a space fighter ready to blast off. But, hit my foot twice getting in, banged my knee getting out, and the steering wheel was much too small. Done and done. Today, probably try the Volkswagen Jetta and the a Hyundai Elantra and Sonata. Here’s hoping.
